We collect data used to deliver our services. This may include names, addresses, mobile numbers, emails messages, email address or Facebook or Instagram profile names and messages, personal details such as height or weight. For certain outdoor activities details of medical conditions may be taken. This enables us to keep in contact with our customers and carry out our core business services to the best suited needs of the customer, to comply with a contract of service and also to comply with statutory requirements and our legal obligations.

In order to be able to provide you with our services, we use our legal contractual basis for processing your data or rely on our legitimate business interests.

In cases where we are not relying on contractual or legitimate business interests, we rely on consent to lawfully process your data. Bank details (account name, number and sort code) if refund is given via bank transfer and processed through our bank, NatWest International.

We collect data on some medical conditions or allergies for some of our sea-based activities. This is only used to know if there is any risk to one of our customers taking part in an activity.

Data is only retained for as long as is required to comply with our statutory obligations, or in order for us to provide you with the services forming part of a contract. In any event, data is reviewed and weeded accordingly after 7 years.
